Setups

Price matters. It just doesn’t make sense first.

A number on its own tells you nothing. Cheap for what? Expensive compared with what you already pay? Here is what GetBrovo actually is, and then we work out what fits your restaurant.

Why it works this way

Every restaurant is paying for some of this already.

Somebody built your website. Somebody takes a cut of your online orders. There is a texting service, or a loyalty app, or an agency invoice, or an ad budget that nobody has reviewed in a year. Most owners could not add it all up in one go if you asked them to.

So the useful question is not “what does GetBrovo cost.” It is what it replaces, what it connects, and what it lets your restaurant do that it cannot do today.

Once you know that, the number is easy to judge. Before you know it, no number is the right one.

What you are looking at

One system, not fourteen separate tools.

These are the parts. Which of them are switched on depends on how your restaurant runs.

Getting found

Your own restaurant website, on your own domain. Creator Marketing to get real people talking about your food.

Taking the order

Direct Online Ordering with photographed items and options, your own restaurant app, and Phone Orders taken into the same system.

Keeping the customer

Customer data that stays yours, Loyalty & Promotions, and Automatic Marketing that brings people back when they go quiet.

Running the night

The dashboard, kitchen tickets and printing, delivery through your own drivers or a delivery partner, and the equipment to run it.

The value is not any one of these. It is that an order, a customer and a message are the same system instead of four that do not speak to each other.

Two setups

Standard and Premium.

These are two configurations of the same system, not two monthly subscription tiers. One is about running your own direct business properly. The other is about growing it. Which one fits depends on where your restaurant is right now.

Standard

“I want my own ordering, done properly.”

For the restaurant that wants to stop leaking its customers — a proper website and ordering experience, the orders and the people behind them in one place, and a kitchen and dashboard that keep up on a Friday.

What it is built to do: take orders directly, know who ordered, and run the night without four systems open at once.

Premium

“I want the growth side too.”

For the restaurant that has the basics working and wants the rest of the loop — new customers coming in through creators and social, and the ones you already have coming back on their own.

What it is built to do: everything above, plus bring people in and bring them back, and show you what that actually earned.

Which parts are switched on, and which setup makes sense, is a ten-minute conversation about your restaurant — not something a web page can guess.

How the money works

We are not going to pretend this runs on nothing.

Someone always pays for the technology behind a restaurant ordering system. On a delivery app it is you and your customer, and the size of it is rarely obvious.

In the current launch offer the restaurant pays $0 monthly platform subscription and $0 restaurant platform commission. The online customer pays a 5% GetBrovo platform service fee on the eligible online-card food subtotal at checkout, so it does not come out of your food revenue.

The 5% platform service fee does not apply to tax, restaurant tips or delivery charges. Phone orders, dine-in orders and orders entered manually by the restaurant or kitchen are not subject to the online platform service fee. Card processing fees are charged separately by Stripe. Hardware and third-party delivery may also have separate costs. The restaurant-branded ordering app and its initial deployment are included in the current GetBrovo launch offer at no additional GetBrovo platform charge. Everything is explained and agreed in writing before you start.

You will know exactly what the arrangement is before you commit to anything. What we will not do is put a number on a web page with no idea what your restaurant looks like.

Separate from the setup

Two things depend on your restaurant.

Equipment

A tablet, a kitchen printer and a small router. If you already have a compatible printer, keep it — we are not going to sell you a second one.

What the equipment actually is

Delivery

Your own drivers cost you what they already cost you. Delivery through a partner has its own cost, which varies with distance, market and time.

How delivery works

What happens next

A short conversation, not a presentation.

1

Tell us how you take orders now

Phone, your own site, a delivery app, or all three.

2

We work out what applies

Which parts are useful for your restaurant, and which are not worth switching on yet.

3

You see the whole arrangement

Setup, equipment, delivery and the commercial terms — all of it, before you decide anything.

4

If it fits, we set it up

Menu, ordering, kitchen and go-live, done with you rather than handed over.

No contract to sit through and nothing to sign to find out what it costs.

Clear pricing

The 5% Platform Service Fee, in plain language.

Here is the whole commercial arrangement, written so there is nothing to work out later.

Restaurant platform commission: $0. The online customer pays the 5% platform service fee.

The fee is added at checkout and paid by the person placing the order. It is not taken out of what the restaurant earns on the food.

  • Current launch offer: $0 monthly platform subscription, $0 setup fee, no long-term contract, and cancel anytime.
  • A modest 5% platform service fee is calculated on the food subtotal of eligible online card orders.
  • The online customer pays this fee at checkout.
  • It is not deducted from the restaurant's food sales.
  • Phone, dine-in, staff-entered and kitchen-entered orders are excluded from the platform service fee.
  • Payment-processing, delivery, hardware, refunds and chargebacks are separate when applicable.
Why 5%?

Why does the online customer pay a 5% platform service fee?

GetBrovo uses a pay-as-you-grow model instead of charging the restaurant another fixed monthly platform bill.

Under the current launch offer, the restaurant pays $0 in monthly platform subscription fees and $0 in restaurant platform commission. The online customer pays a 5% GetBrovo platform service fee on the eligible food subtotal when an online card order is placed.

Your food revenue stays yours.

If the food subtotal is $30, the restaurant’s food sale remains $30.

GetBrovo does not deduct a platform commission from that food subtotal. The online customer pays the 5% platform service fee separately at checkout. Stripe processing fees and other applicable adjustments remain separate.

What the 5% helps support

  • The restaurant website, branded ordering app and connected digital-ordering experience
  • The technology that receives and manages online orders
  • Order-confirmation and order-ready text messages
  • Customer records, order history and loyalty tools
  • Automated email and SMS marketing, where enabled and properly consented
  • Promotional and customer-retention tools
  • Hosting, security, maintenance and continued platform improvements
  • Restaurant and customer support
  • AI online assistant

The 5% supports the connected platform as a whole—not only an online order button and not only one feature.

It helps operate the technology and customer communication that continue after an order is placed, while allowing the restaurant to avoid another fixed monthly platform subscription under the current launch offer.

Why does the fee scale with online orders?

The activity required to support a restaurant grows with its direct business.

More online orders can mean more order notifications, customer records, stored order history, loyalty activity, marketing communication and support. As the restaurant’s customer list grows over time, the connected system continues supporting those customer relationships.

We cannot predict how many customers any restaurant will have after one, two or three years. The model is designed so the platform fee moves with actual eligible online-order activity instead of becoming a fixed monthly platform bill before the restaurant receives an order.

What the restaurant is not paying

  • $0 monthly platform subscription under the current launch offer
  • $0 restaurant platform commission
  • $0 deducted by GetBrovo from the restaurant’s food subtotal
  • No platform service fee on phone, dine-in, staff-entered or kitchen-entered orders

What remains separate

Stripe processing fees, applicable taxes, tips, delivery charges, hardware, refunds, chargebacks and any optional services identified in the restaurant’s written setup remain separate where applicable.

Is the 5% model right for every restaurant?

Not necessarily. Some restaurants may prefer a fixed monthly platform bill or an ordering system that does not add a customer-paid platform fee.

GetBrovo believes this can be a reasonable pay-as-you-grow model for restaurants that want a connected website, direct ordering, customer communication, loyalty, marketing and support without paying a monthly platform subscription or restaurant platform commission under the current launch offer.

Each restaurant should judge the model by the complete arrangement, the tools it uses and the value it receives—not by one fee viewed without context.

How every order is split

A $30 online card order, line by line.

One worked example, using round numbers, so the flow of money is not in question.

Food subtotal$30.00

Credited to the restaurant.

5% platform service fee$1.50

Paid separately by the online customer at checkout. Not deducted from the restaurant’s food subtotal.

Applicable taxesVaries

Collected with the restaurant order for required tax handling. Collected tax is not restaurant profit.

House / restaurant tipVaries

Credited to the restaurant according to its tip settings.

Delivery fee, if anyVaries

Handled according to the selected delivery method.

Card-processing fees and other adjustmentsSeparate

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe’s processing fees, refunds and chargebacks are separate from the GetBrovo platform service fee and are not included in it.

If the food subtotal is $30, the restaurant’s food sale remains $30. GetBrovo deducts $0 in platform commission from that food subtotal. The online customer pays the 5% platform service fee separately at checkout. Stripe processing fees and other applicable adjustments remain separate.

The customer pays $31.50 plus applicable taxes, tip and any delivery charge. The restaurant's platform commission on that order is $0.

The GetBrovo ecosystem value

Most providers sell one slice. Restaurants end up buying the rest.

A smaller online-ordering provider may sell the ordering page and nothing else. The website, the app, the customer list, the messaging, the marketing and the delivery connection then have to be bought somewhere else, one contract at a time.

GetBrovo does not replace marketplace discovery

A marketplace can still introduce new customers to a restaurant, and many restaurants keep using one for exactly that. What GetBrovo builds alongside it is the restaurant's own direct-ordering channel and its own customer relationship — so a customer found once does not have to be rented back every time they order again.

Creator ecosystem

Local creators with approximately 1,000–50,000 followers.

Local food and community creators discover the restaurant, order the food and make content in their own voice, for an audience that already trusts them.

A possible scenario: if a restaurant works with five local creators each month, that can create up to 60 local creator collaborations or content opportunities per year.

The argument for consistency is that content does not switch off the way a paid-advertising budget does. A video published this month can still be watched and shared next month, and it points to the restaurant's own ordering page rather than a third-party listing.

This is a possible scenario, not a forecast. GetBrovo does not guarantee creators, posts, views, reach, orders or results, and does not assign a creator to any restaurant. Participation is optional and attribution is never perfect. How creator marketing works.

Questions

Straight answers about the 5%, the payout and the proof.

Why does the online customer pay a 5% GetBrovo platform service fee?

GetBrovo uses a pay-as-you-grow model instead of charging the restaurant a fixed monthly platform bill. Under the current launch offer the restaurant pays $0 in monthly platform subscription fees and $0 in restaurant platform commission. The online customer pays a 5% GetBrovo platform service fee on the eligible online-card food subtotal, added separately at checkout. GetBrovo does not deduct a platform commission from the restaurant’s food subtotal.

Who pays the 5% platform service fee?

The online customer pays it at checkout. Restaurant platform commission is $0 — the fee is not deducted from the restaurant's food sales.

What is the 5% calculated on?

The food subtotal of eligible online card orders. On a $30 food subtotal the platform service fee is $1.50.

Which orders are excluded from the fee?

Phone orders, dine-in orders, and orders entered directly by restaurant staff or the kitchen are excluded.

What does the restaurant actually get paid?

The restaurant’s food sales are based on the food subtotal. GetBrovo deducts $0 in platform commission from that food subtotal, and the customer-paid 5% platform service fee is separate from restaurant food sales. Stripe processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, applicable taxes and delivery charges remain separate where applicable, so the food subtotal is not the same as a final net payout. Collected tax is handled as required tax and is not restaurant profit.

What SMS messages does the customer receive?

An order-confirmation SMS after the order is accepted, and an order-ready SMS when the restaurant marks the order ready.

What does the platform service fee support?

The ongoing ecosystem: message delivery, hosting, the ordering infrastructure, maintenance, customer and restaurant support, and continued product development.

What does the current launch offer include?

$0 monthly platform subscription, $0 setup fee, no long-term contract and cancel anytime. Payment processing, delivery, hardware, refunds and chargebacks are separate when applicable.

How much separate software and marketing cost can the ecosystem replace?

The GetBrovo ecosystem can potentially replace $3,000–$20,000+ per year in separate restaurant software, marketing and digital-service costs. That range is illustrative, not a guaranteed average, and actual costs and savings vary by provider, restaurant and services selected.

How does this compare with a third-party marketplace?

At an illustrative 30% commission, $10,000 of monthly marketplace sales is $3,000 of monthly commission, or $36,000 a year on $120,000 of annual marketplace sales. Through GetBrovo the restaurant's platform commission is $0 under the current launch offer and the customer pays the separate 5% platform service fee. Marketplace rates vary by contract. GetBrovo does not replace marketplace discovery — a marketplace can still be used to find new customers while GetBrovo builds the restaurant's direct-ordering channel.

What size creators are in the creator ecosystem?

Local creators with approximately 1,000–50,000 followers. If a restaurant works with five local creators each month, that can create up to 60 local creator collaborations or content opportunities per year. No posts, views, reach or orders are guaranteed.

Is Timo's Pizza a real restaurant using GetBrovo?

Yes. Timo's Pizza is not a hypothetical example — it is a live operating restaurant actively using the GetBrovo ecosystem, including direct online ordering, its restaurant website and app, automatic marketing, customer SMS communication, delivery workflows and creator marketing. The published figures cover one recent month from the owner's records and are direct-order figures, not total restaurant revenue.
