GetBrovo Is One Connected System — Not a Pile of Features.
Follow a single customer from the moment they have never heard of you to the moment they are ordering from you every other week. Every part of GetBrovo does a job somewhere on that path.
Most restaurant technology solves one step and ignores the rest.
An ordering tool takes the order. An email tool sends emails. A delivery app delivers. None of them know about each other, so the customer falls through the gaps between them.
Separate tools
Five systems, five logins, five customer lists that do not match, and nobody actually knows who your customers are.
One connected system
The order knows the customer. The customer knows the loyalty. The marketing knows both. The kitchen sees all of it.
Why that matters
Growth does not come from having more features. It comes from the same customer coming back, which requires all of it to connect.
Somebody who has never heard of you finds out you exist.
Nothing else matters if this does not happen. Great food nobody knows about is a hobby.
Local creators make short videos of your food for an audience that already lives near you. People searching for your name find a real website instead of a PDF menu. This is the front door, and it needs to lead somewhere useful.
They are interested, but they are not sure what to get.
This is the most under-served moment in the whole journey, and it is where a huge number of orders quietly die.
Someone opens your menu, sees three things that could work, has a question nobody can answer, and closes the page. A menu that can answer questions — what comes on it, what is spicy, what feeds two people, can I remove the onions — turns hesitation into an order.
They order — from you, not from a marketplace.
Same convenience the customer expects. Completely different outcome for your restaurant.
Customization, cart, card payment, pickup or delivery. The online customer pays a 5% GetBrovo platform service fee on the eligible online-card food subtotal at checkout, and the restaurant pays $0 platform commission. Most importantly, this order creates a relationship instead of ending one.
Now you know who they are.
This is the stage almost every restaurant skips, and it is the one that compounds.
A customer profile is created from the order: their name, their contact details, what they ordered, how they like it, and when they last came in. You did not have to type anything. Next month, when you want to fill a slow Tuesday, you know exactly who to talk to.
They go quiet. Something notices. They come back.
Restaurants do not usually lose customers dramatically. People just get busy and forget.
Thirty days with no order triggers a message with a reason to return. A birthday gets a small gift. A first-time customer gets a nudge toward a second order. Loyalty points give people something to finish. None of it requires you to remember anything.
None of it matters if the food does not get out the door.
The unglamorous stage that makes all the others real.
The order reaches your kitchen screen and prints at the station with customizations attached. Your team cooks. It goes out for pickup, with your own drivers, or through Uber Direct for last-mile delivery. You can see the whole night from one dashboard.
Why connecting the stages changes the result.
Each stage makes the next one work better. That compounding is the actual product.
Discovery is worth more when there is somewhere to land
A creator video that points to a broken PDF menu wastes the attention it created.
Ordering is worth more when questions get answered
The assistant recovers orders that would have ended in hesitation.
An order is worth more when it creates a customer
Direct ordering means the relationship stays with your restaurant.
A customer is worth more when something remembers them
Customer data turns one meal into a pattern you can act on.
Marketing is worth more when it knows the behavior
Sending the right message to the right person beats sending everything to everyone.
And all of it is worth nothing if the kitchen misses the ticket
Which is why operations is part of the same system rather than an afterthought.
About how this works in practice.
Do I have to use every part of it?
No. We set up what makes sense for your restaurant. But the parts do reinforce each other, so more of the system connected usually means better results from each piece.
Can I start with just ordering?
Yes, and plenty of restaurants do. The rest can be switched on as you go.
How long does setup take?
Most restaurants are live in roughly one to two weeks depending on menu size and how quickly we can gather photos and details. That is a normal range rather than a guarantee.
What does it cost?
Restaurant platform commission: $0, and $0 monthly platform subscription in the current launch offer. The online customer pays a 5% GetBrovo platform service fee on the eligible online-card food subtotal. The 5% platform service fee does not apply to tax, restaurant tips or delivery charges, and phone orders, dine-in orders and orders entered manually by the restaurant or kitchen are not subject to it. Card processing fees are charged separately by Stripe. Delivery charges and hardware are separate. See the Pricing page for the full explanation.
Do I have to stop using marketplaces?
No. Many restaurants keep marketplace listings for discovery while building direct ordering for the customers they already have.
What do I actually have to do?
Give us your menu, your photos and your input. We handle the setup. After launch, most of the system runs without you doing anything day to day.
