Why GetBrovo

You Already Have Online Ordering. That Is Not the Whole Problem.

Taking an order is the easy part. The hard part is everything around it — being found, helping people decide, keeping the customer, and getting them back.

Question 1
How do customers find you?
Question 2
What helps them decide?
Question 3
Do they order directly?
Question 4
Do you keep the customer?
Question 5
How do you bring them back?
Question 6
Does the kitchen get it right?
The honest starting point

Processing an order is not the same as growing a restaurant.

Most restaurants can already accept an order online. Almost none of them can tell you who ordered last month and why that person has not come back.

If your ordering system can take a payment but cannot tell you anything about the person who paid, then it is a cash register with a website attached. That is useful. It is not growth.

Growth comes from a specific sequence: more people discover you, more of them finish the order, more of those people become customers you can actually reach, and more of those customers come back.

Break any link in that chain and the rest stops working. Most restaurant technology only ever addresses one link.

❌

What most setups look like

An ordering tool from one company, a website from someone else, a mailing list nobody uses, a marketplace that owns your customers, and a printer that sometimes works.

✅

What GetBrovo is

One system where the order knows the customer, the customer knows the loyalty, the marketing knows both, and the kitchen sees all of it.

The six questions

Ask these about whatever you use today.

If your current setup cannot answer them, that is the gap — not a missing feature.

🔍

1. How do new customers find you?

If the answer is "a marketplace shows us sometimes," then somebody else controls your discovery — and they can turn it down whenever they like.

🤔

2. What helps someone decide what to order?

A static menu asks the customer to figure it out alone. Every unanswered question is an order that might not happen.

💳

3. Do they order directly with you?

The same meal is worth very different amounts depending on who took the order and who kept the customer.

🤝

4. Do you keep the relationship?

After the order, do you have a name and a way to reach that person? Or did the order simply end?

🔄

5. How do you bring them back?

If the answer depends on you personally remembering, it will not survive a busy month. It never does.

🍳

6. Does the order reach the kitchen properly?

A perfect customer journey that ends in a wrong ticket on a Friday night is still a bad night.

How the pieces connect, in a few minutes.

What connecting it changes

The same tools, wired together, behave differently.

❌
Disconnected
Discovery
A marketplace shows you when it feels like it.
Deciding
A static menu, no way to ask a question.
The order
Placed through somebody else's platform.
The customer
Belongs to that platform, not to you.
Coming back
Depends on the platform marketing to them.
The kitchen
A separate tablet that beeps.
✅
Connected
Discovery
Local creators show your food to their audience.
Deciding
The AI Ordering Assistant answers menu questions during ordering.
The order
Placed directly on your site or in your app.
The customer
A profile in your restaurant's customer list.
Coming back
Automatic marketing and loyalty do it for you.
The kitchen
Same system, correct ticket, one dashboard.
Acquisition and retention

Two halves of the same job.

Restaurants tend to obsess over one and neglect the other. Both matter, and they feed each other.

Acquisition

Getting new people through the door

Creator Marketing puts your food in front of people nearby who have never heard of you. Your website gives them somewhere real to land. The AI Ordering Assistant helps the unsure ones actually order.

Acquisition without retention means paying to find people over and over again.

Retention

Making them come back

Direct ordering makes them your customer. Customer data means you know who they are. Loyalty gives them a reason to return, and automatic marketing reminds them when they have gone quiet.

Retention without acquisition means slowly running out of people.

GetBrovo is built to do both, in one system, because doing only one of them is why so many restaurants feel stuck despite working hard.
What you should expect from us

How we talk about our own product.

🛡

We label what is not ready

GetBrovo Full POS is marked Coming Soon. DoorDash Drive is marked Coming Soon. We are not going to bury future ideas in a features list.

📊

We do not invent results

You will not find made-up percentages on this site. When we have verified results to share, we will share them and say where they came from.

💰

We are direct about money

The online customer pays a 5% GetBrovo platform service fee on the eligible online-card food subtotal, and the restaurant pays $0 monthly platform subscription and $0 platform commission in the current launch offer. The 5% does not apply to tax, restaurant tips or delivery charges. Card processing fees are charged separately by Stripe. Delivery and hardware are separate, and we quote them honestly.

Before you decide

Fair questions.

I already have online ordering. Why change?

You may not need to change how you take orders. The question is whether your current setup helps people find you, helps them decide, keeps the customer afterwards and brings them back. If it does not do those things, that is the gap GetBrovo fills.

Do I have to leave the marketplaces?

No. Many restaurants keep marketplace listings for discovery and build direct ordering for the customers they already have. You do not have to make that decision on day one.

Is this a lot of work for me?

The setup needs your menu, your photos and some feedback. After launch, most of the system runs without you doing anything day to day.

What if I only want one part of it?

That is fine, and we will tell you honestly whether that one part will get you what you want on its own.

How do I know if this fits my restaurant?

Message us and describe how you operate. If it is not a fit, we would rather tell you than sell you something that will not help.

Proof

The restaurant we built it in.

Timo’s Pizza runs the whole system. Before it, the restaurant relied primarily on a basic website-ordering channel. In a recent month its connected Website and App channels processed $35K+ in restaurant revenue across 1,000+ orders.

$7K+

Monthly website revenue before the connected system

$35K+

Monthly direct-order revenue in the recent period

Creators can help create discovery. Website and App provide direct ordering channels. Customer Data records the relationship. SMS, email and push notifications help support follow-up. Loyalty and Promotions give customers reasons to return. Delivery Fulfilment helps the restaurant serve qualifying customers across a wider area.

No single feature produced that month. Attribution and fulfilment figures can overlap with Website and App revenue and should not be added together. This is one restaurant’s result, results vary, and GetBrovo does not replace good food, good service or good customer care. No specific result is guaranteed.
