Creator Marketing

Get people talking about your food.

Your food can be great and still be invisible. GetBrovo Creator Marketing is designed to help local creators find participating restaurants, experience the food, create real content around it, and connect that attention back to your own direct ordering experience.

A local creator, a real dish, their own audience.
Why it matters

Why creator marketing matters to your restaurant.

A restaurant can make great food every day while thousands of nearby people still do not know it exists. Your own social account mostly speaks to people who already found you. Creators can introduce your restaurant through voices and communities outside your own audience.

Reach people who do not follow you yet

Your page reaches your existing audience. A local creator is already talking to people who have never ordered from you.

Show the food, not just the menu name

A menu line explains what a dish is. Video can show the texture, the portion and what it is actually like to eat.

Give the attention somewhere to go

Discovery is worth more when someone can move straight into your own ordering experience instead of a marketplace list.

The goal is not views. It is: get discovered, give people a reason to try you, make ordering direct, build a relationship, bring them back.

How it works

How it actually works.

You are not booking a shoot or running a campaign calendar. You are making your restaurant available to creators through GetBrovo.

1

Your restaurant becomes available

You make creator opportunities available through GetBrovo, and choose whether to include a discount or a promotional item.

2

Local creators discover the opportunity

Eligible creators browse participating restaurants and pick what fits them. GetBrovo does not assign a creator to you.

3

The creator orders and experiences the food

The standard path runs through your online ordering experience. On-site filming is not the default; it only applies to a specific approved opportunity.

4

They publish, and customers follow the path back

The creator posts in their own voice to their own audience. Where supported, creator links lead interested people to your direct GetBrovo ordering experience rather than a third-party listing.

Creator discovers restaurant→Orders online→Creates real content→Shares with their audience→Customer discovers you→Orders direct

Attention should land somewhere useful — your own ordering experience, not a listing where the customer belongs to someone else. Offering a discount does not guarantee a creator chooses you, publishes content, or produces any result.

See it

Real food. Real people. Real content.

Creator marketing makes more sense when you can see it. This area is built to show real creator content from participating restaurants — the food, the personality, and how local people talk about what they tried.

Walkthrough

A closer look at creator content.

How the approaches differ

Five channels. Five different things you are actually buying.

Most restaurants run several of these at once. The useful question is not which is best — it is what each one actually gets you.

Printed menus & direct mail

Distribution

Something physical, in a hand or mailbox.

Your own photos & videos

Brand

Your food, shown exactly your way.

Paid advertising

Attention

A platform puts you on a screen you chose.

AI-assisted or traditional SEO

Search discovery

Found when someone is already looking.

GetBrovo Creator Marketing

Someone else’s word

A real person publicly talks about your food in their own voice — and that becomes real source material you can build on.

On its own, creator marketing is a post. GetBrovo is built so the attention has somewhere to go.

Creator content→Direct ordering→Customer relationship→Repeat business→Creator-Powered SEO · in development

The difference isn’t more content. It’s where the content starts.

How marketing content usually starts

A keyword or topic→Content gets written→A page or a post

Where creator-powered content starts

A real dish→A real person eats it→What they actually said

AI can help organize and structure either one. Only one of them starts with something that actually happened.

The honest trade-offs, channel by channel

Printed menus & direct mail

Physical, local and easy to hand over. You pay for design, printing and distribution up front, so execution matters: if prices change, the offer is weak, or the piece goes in the bin, that spend is already committed. It is also hard to measure who actually acted on it.

Your own photos & videos

Full control of how the food looks, and you keep the files. The limit is not quality — it is that the restaurant is still the one talking about itself, and reach beyond your existing followers depends on the platform and on people sharing.

Paid advertising

Fast, targetable and controllable. Paid distribution generally depends on continued campaign spend, and the creative, targeting, offer and landing experience all affect whether that attention turns into restaurant business. It also reads clearly as an advertisement.

Traditional or AI-assisted SEO

Meets people who are already looking, and the pages stay on your own site. Search engines decide what they show, so nothing is promised. Using AI to help write content is not a problem in itself — the open question is what the content is built from.

GetBrovo Creator Marketing

Someone other than you is publicly talking about the food, and GetBrovo is designed to connect that to direct ordering. In exchange you give up control: you do not choose who participates, when they post, or what opinion they hold. Timing depends on creator participation and availability, and the post stays on the creator’s account under their control.

Every channel here can work, and none guarantees reach, orders, rankings, traffic or results. Creator-Powered SEO is in development, and search engines decide what they show.

Setting expectations

A discount is a tool, not a guarantee.

You can make a promotional discount or a complimentary item available to creators through GetBrovo. It lowers the barrier to trying your food. That is all it does.

  • A discount does not buy a positive review.
  • A discount does not guarantee a video.
  • A discount does not guarantee views.
  • A discount does not guarantee orders.
  • A discount does not guarantee results.
Content standards

Real content. Honest voice.

GetBrovo wants content that is useful to someone deciding where to eat — not silent food footage set to music. The program can set format requirements, such as content that meaningfully talks about the restaurant or the food. What it does not do is tell a creator what to think: GetBrovo does not require creators to make false statements or express a positive opinion they do not hold.

Creator-powered SEO In development

The post doesn’t have to be the end of the story.

A creator often makes content about one specific thing on your menu. GetBrovo is designed to connect that public content back to your restaurant and that menu item, so real source material can help build food-specific discovery content tied to your own site and ordering experience.

Loaded Fries→Real creator video→Public social content→Creator-Powered SEO→Food discovery→Direct ordering

AI can write about your food. We start with people actually talking about it.

Human content first. AI helps organize and structure the story — it doesn’t have to invent the story.

One piece of content can do more than one job:

Social discovery→Restaurant proof→Creator-Powered SEO→Direct ordering

Creator-Powered SEO is in development and is not running automatically today. Search engines decide what they show and how they rank it — GetBrovo does not promise rankings, placement, traffic or results. Nothing here claims the creator must keep the content online.

Measurement

When discovery becomes an order.

GetBrovo can use trackable creator links and attribution technology to help connect qualifying direct orders back to creator-driven discovery, under the platform’s tracking rules.

The takeaway: this is built around moving discovery toward real restaurant activity, not just likes. No attribution is perfect, and GetBrovo does not promise every order will be traced correctly.

Who does what

You run the restaurant. GetBrovo runs the system.

  • You do not need to handle creator payments yourself.
  • Creator participation and program administration happen through GetBrovo.
  • You do not control a creator’s personal social account or their honest opinion.
  • GetBrovo can set participation requirements and manage access to the creator program.
One connected system

Getting discovered is the beginning.

A creator can introduce someone to your restaurant. If that person then orders directly, you have a chance to build an ongoing relationship instead of treating every order as a brand-new anonymous transaction. This is where GetBrovo becomes more than creator marketing.

Creator discovery→Direct online order→Customer data→SMS / email / app→Loyalty & promotions→Repeat customer
Before you decide

Questions restaurant owners ask.

Do you guarantee creators will make videos?

No. Creators choose which participating restaurants and opportunities they want to take on. GetBrovo does not guarantee a number of creators, videos, views, orders or results.

Do I have to give creators free food?

No. Offering a complimentary item is optional. Many restaurants make a discount available instead, and some offer nothing at all.

Can I offer a discount instead?

Yes. You can choose to make a promotional discount available through GetBrovo. It can make your opportunity more appealing, but it does not guarantee participation or content.

Can I choose which creators participate?

GetBrovo administers eligibility and access to the creator program, and you control whether your restaurant makes opportunities available at all. Creators then choose the opportunities that fit them, so this is not a casting process where you hand-pick individuals.

Does GetBrovo tell creators what to say?

No. The program can set format requirements — for example, that content meaningfully talks about the restaurant or the food rather than being silent footage. It does not script opinions.

Can a creator give an honest negative opinion?

Yes. GetBrovo does not require creators to make false statements or express a positive opinion they do not genuinely hold.

Who controls the creator’s social post?

The creator does. It is their account and their content. Whether GetBrovo or your restaurant can display, embed or share it depends on the permissions granted, what the platform supports, and the Creator Program terms.

Does the video stay online forever?

No one can promise that. Public creator content may stay useful for as long as the creator chooses to keep it available. Paid advertising rights are not automatically granted.

How does Creator-Powered SEO work?

It is designed to connect public creator content with your restaurant and the specific menu item it is about, so that real material can support food-specific discovery content linked to your own site and ordering experience.

Is Creator-Powered SEO live today?

No. It is in development and is not running automatically today.

Do you guarantee SEO rankings or traffic?

No. Search engines decide what they show and how they rank it. GetBrovo does not promise rankings, placement, traffic or results.

How does a customer go from a creator video to ordering?

Where supported, creator links can lead someone to your direct GetBrovo ordering experience, so they can browse the menu and order from you rather than a third-party listing.

Who the creators are

Local food and community creators, across different audience sizes.

GetBrovo works with local food and community creators across different audience sizes — from emerging creators with 1,000+ followers to established local voices with 50,000+ followers and beyond.

The value is not follower count alone. GetBrovo focuses on creators whose audiences are relevant to the restaurant’s local market. Their content can introduce the restaurant to people who may not already be searching for it, then direct interested viewers toward the restaurant’s own ordering experience.

Traditional ads place a paid message in front of an audience. Creator Marketing introduces the restaurant through a recognisable person and a real food experience. The content can continue to be watched and shared after publication, while interested customers can move directly into the restaurant’s ordering channel.

What that does not mean

  • Not every creator has 50,000+ followers. Audience sizes vary across the network.
  • No restaurant is promised a number of creators, and not every creator is available in every geographic market.
  • Follower count does not guarantee views, customers, orders or revenue.
  • Creator Marketing is another method of local discovery. We do not claim it is always faster than paid advertising.
  • Results vary, and no specific creator, post, view, customer or order volume is guaranteed.

Creator-attributed revenue in a recent month at Timo’s Pizza

Creators can help create discovery. Website and App provide direct ordering channels. Customer Data records the relationship. SMS, email and push notifications help support follow-up. Loyalty and Promotions give customers reasons to return. Delivery Fulfilment helps the restaurant serve qualifying customers across a wider area.

Creator Marketing is an attribution category. It can overlap with the restaurant’s Website and App revenue — a creator-attributed order is still an order placed on one of those channels — so it is not additional revenue and should not be added to them. This is one restaurant’s result, results vary, and no specific creator, view, customer or order result is guaranteed.
