What is GetBrovo?

One system for the restaurant, instead of five that don’t talk to each other.

GetBrovo puts how people find your restaurant, how they order directly from you, and how you get them back into one place — set up and run with you by one team.

Being straight about it

What’s live today, and what isn’t.

We would rather you know this before you sign up than after.

Live today

Working in restaurants right now.

  • Direct online ordering on your own ordering page — pickup, delivery and scheduled orders
  • Your own restaurant website, on your own branded domain
  • The AI Ordering Assistant, by text and by voice
  • Creator marketing with local creators
  • Automatic marketing by text message, email and push
  • Customer data that belongs to the restaurant, exportable from your dashboard
  • Loyalty and promotions you control
  • A dashboard that shows the business in one place
  • A phone orders screen for taking an order over the phone
  • A kitchen screen, with ticket printing at the station
  • Delivery with your own drivers, or with Uber Direct
  • Hardware for the restaurant — purchased, not rented
  • Card payments through Stripe

Not available yet

Real things we are still building. Do not plan around them.

  • GetBrovo Full POS. Coming soon. It is not something you can buy today, and nothing on this site should be read as saying otherwise.
  • DoorDash Drive as a delivery option. Coming soon. Uber Direct is the one that works today.
  • Caller ID — recognising a customer automatically when they ring the restaurant. Coming later.
About the app. Your own restaurant app for iPhone and Android is part of what GetBrovo builds. The restaurant-branded ordering app and its initial deployment are included in the current GetBrovo launch offer at no additional GetBrovo platform charge. Each app is configured for the individual restaurant and deployed during onboarding, and publication remains subject to applicable app-store review and approval.
Why one system

Each piece is worth more because of the one before it.

This is the whole argument for a connected system rather than five separate tools. Follow one customer through it.

1

Somebody discovers you

A local creator posts about your food. The people who see it are mostly people who were not already following you.

2

They order from you, not from a marketplace

The path leads to your own ordering page. That is the difference between renting a customer and having one.

3

The order reaches the kitchen

It shows up on the kitchen screen and can print at the station, so the line sees it the same way it sees every other order.

4

The customer is yours

Because they ordered directly with you, their details sit in your dashboard. You own that list, and you can export it.

5

That list is what brings them back

Loyalty and automatic marketing run off it. Without the list there is nobody to send anything to — which is why the ordering and the marketing are not two separate products here.

What it costs

The numbers, plainly.

In the current launch offer the restaurant pays $0 monthly platform subscription and $0 restaurant platform commission. The online customer pays a 5% GetBrovo platform service fee on the eligible online-card food subtotal at checkout.

1

A 5% platform service fee on online card orders

Restaurant platform commission: $0. The online customer pays a 5% GetBrovo platform service fee on the eligible online-card food subtotal. The 5% platform service fee does not apply to tax, restaurant tips or delivery charges. Phone orders, dine-in orders and orders entered manually by the restaurant or kitchen are not subject to the online platform service fee.

2

Some things are separate, and we say so

Card processing fees are charged separately by Stripe and are not part of the GetBrovo platform service fee. Hardware and third-party delivery may also have separate costs that sit outside that fee. The restaurant-branded ordering app and its initial deployment are included in the current GetBrovo launch offer at no additional GetBrovo platform charge. We would rather list them than let you find them later.

3

Two setups, no monthly subscription

There is a Standard and a Premium. They are two configurations of the same system, not two monthly subscription tiers. In the current launch offer there is no monthly platform subscription for the restaurant. Which one fits depends on what you actually want running.

4

No long-term contract

You are not locked in. You can cancel.

Ask us and we will walk you through what yours would look like, in plain numbers, before you commit to anything.
