What Happens After You Join

You Say Yes. Here Is Exactly What Happens Next.

No mystery, no long silence, no being handed a login and left to figure it out. This is the setup process step by step, and what we need from you at each stage.

You go live
The short version

You give us your menu. We build the system. We test it together. You launch.

Most restaurants are live in roughly one to two weeks. The main thing that changes that timeline is how quickly menu details and photos come back to us — so it is a realistic range, not a promise.

Step by step

The full process.

1

You join

We confirm what you are setting up — ordering, website, app, delivery, hardware — and what applies to your restaurant. Nothing starts before you know what you are getting and what it costs.

2

Restaurant setup

We collect the basics: your restaurant details, hours, service areas, pickup and delivery settings, and how you want orders to work.

3

Menu and branding

This is the part that needs you most. Items, descriptions, prices, options and add-ons, plus your logo, colors and food photos. The better this is, the better everything downstream works.

4

Website and app configuration

We build your restaurant website and configure the ordering experience and app around your menu and branding — rather than dropping your logo into a template.

5

Dashboard and customer setup

Your dashboard, customer data, loyalty and the automatic marketing that fits how you operate. We turn on what makes sense, not everything by default.

6

Hardware, where required

If you need a kitchen screen or printer, it is prepared and configured to work with your setup before it reaches your kitchen. If your existing equipment works, we will say so.

7

Testing

Test orders run all the way through — placed on the site, arriving in the kitchen, printing correctly, moving through the stages, and being fulfilled. We find problems before your customers do.

8

Launch

You go live on your own domain. We are there for the first orders, because the first busy night is when questions actually come up.

9

After launch

Menu changes, promotions and seasonal updates are part of running the system with you. You are not on your own with a tool you have never used.

Your part

What we need from you.

Honestly, not much — but the things we do need make a real difference to how good the result is.

🍴

Your menu, properly

Items, descriptions, prices, sizes, options and add-ons. This is the single biggest factor in how fast setup goes.

📷

Photos of your food

Whatever you have. Good photos change how people order — and if Creator Marketing is part of your setup, that produces more.

🎭

Your branding

Logo, colors, and anything about how your restaurant should look and sound.

🕑

Practical details

Hours, holidays, delivery areas, prep times, and anything unusual about how you run service.

💬

A bit of feedback

You review what we build and tell us what to change. Wording, photos, what gets featured first.

✅

A test run with us

Fifteen minutes placing test orders together before launch, so you have seen the whole thing work.

Being realistic

What can slow it down.

We would rather tell you this in advance than have you wondering why week three arrived.

📜

A large or complicated menu

Hundreds of items with many option groups simply takes longer to set up properly than a focused menu.

📷

Waiting on photos

The most common delay. If food photos take two weeks to arrive, launch takes two weeks longer.

📧

Waiting on approvals

If review feedback takes a while to come back, everything downstream waits with it.

📦

Hardware delivery

If your kitchen needs equipment, that has to arrive and be tested before you go live.

Before you decide

Questions about getting started.

Can I keep taking orders the way I do now while this is being built?

Yes. Nothing changes for your existing operation until you go live.

What if I need to change something after launch?

That is normal. Menu changes, prices, promotions and seasonal items are part of running the system with you.

Do I need to train my staff?

The kitchen side is designed to look like a normal ticket flow. We walk your team through it during testing, and it is not a big training project.

What if I am not happy with the website?

You review it before launch and tell us what to change. That review step exists precisely so you are not stuck with something you did not want.

Can I launch with part of the system and add more later?

Yes. A lot of restaurants start with ordering and the website, then add loyalty, marketing and the app once they are running.

Is one to two weeks guaranteed?

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. It is the normal range. Menu size, photos and how fast feedback comes back are what move it.

Ready to start?

Send us a message. We will confirm what applies to your restaurant and what the first week would look like.
